Our Story

Born From the Trenches of MBA Admissions

In 2020, Praveg and Rajat found themselves in the same place many ambitious professionals find themselves: staring at a blank Word document, wondering how to distill years of career achievements into a compelling 500-word essay.

The MBA application journey was nothing like they expected. Despite successful careers at J.P. Morgan and leading tech companies, they felt completely lost. Which schools should they target? How do you even begin to craft a "narrative"? What do admissions committees actually want to hear?

The endless forums, conflicting advice, and pressure of tight deadlines made the process overwhelming and isolating.

Through months of research, countless essay drafts, and sleepless nights, they eventually cracked the code. Both secured admission to INSEAD, one of the world's most selective MBA programs. But the experience left a mark.

After graduating in 2021, they started helping friends and colleagues with their applications. Word spread. What began as casual advice over coffee turned into a calling. By 2022, they had helped over a dozen candidates secure admits to programs they once thought were out of reach.

GradPrix was founded in 2025 to formalize this mission: to be the guide they wished they had.

GradPrix is Born

With 50+ successful admits under their belt, Praveg and Rajat formally launch GradPrix, dedicated to ensuring no candidate faces the admissions journey alone.

Since 2022, Praveg has been helping aspiring MBA candidates secure admissions to top business schools worldwide. As a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company and INSEAD MBA graduate, he brings firsthand knowledge of what elite programs and employers seek. His journey from J.P. Morgan to INSEAD to Bain gives him unique insight into crafting compelling applications that stand out.
